Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping options to serve more countries in the future—stay tuned!

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50: Free shipping.
  • Orders under $50: Flat shipping fee of $10.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 8-16 business days after processing.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as customs processing or unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time to stay updated on its journey to you.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any delays, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team, and we will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • In the rare case of a lost package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Refunds

At Cleseia, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange unworn, unused jewelry in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Final Sale Items: Customized or personalized pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), Both clearance items & ON SALE are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
